What counts as a minute?
A minute is measured as wall-clock time during an active call. If an AI assistant is on a 5-minute call, that counts as 5 minutes regardless of how much the assistant speaks.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Minutes don't roll over to the next month on Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans can have custom rollover policies.
What happens if I exceed my minute limit?
You'll receive a warning at 80% usage. After reaching your limit, calls will fail until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. Enterprise plans can configure automatic overage billing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Starter plan is free forever with 100 minutes/month. Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
